Campground Hosts wear a Volunteer ball cap or visor, and nametag

upon to help at special events such as the Ohio State Fair,
Frontier Trail Hike and other division programs.

Volunteer Contracts
The contracts for Campground Hosts, individual and group
volunteers specify the benefits to which each
volunteer is entitled. In addition, each completed and signed contract is
the official document necessary
to qualify the volunteer for Worker's
Compensation coverage in case of injury. Any old, outdated contracts
cannot be substituted. The contracts are
valid for a maximum of two years with the exception of Campground
Hosts which run for up to seven months at the
discretion of the park manager. Contracts must be renewed by
the volunteer and park manager for
continuation in the program. Green Teens
and Junior Volunteers are
signed-up as individual or group volunteers, with a completed minor
waiver of liability form attached to the contract.
